Radley Spring Summer Collection

2013 can't end without one of my posts about bags. Radley fits perfectly with a vibrant collection and stunning shapes for its lines of accessorises. Inspired by the English country meadows and using a palette of colours taken by flowers like poppies, buttercups, roses and produces like honey, apples, rhubarb and peppermint, the collection has got fantastic new models as well as some of the best sellers like the Grosvenor and the Johnston.
The lovely tote at the back is the Dayton with its matching mini purse. Beautiful lavender colour, the same model will be in red, pink, turquoise, green, yellow and white, more aptly called rhubarb, rose, cornflower, apple, buttercup and snowdrop. The classic structured bag at the front is the Aldgate available in lavender, rhubarb, snowdrop, rose and black.
I love the hand woven leather and this beautiful messenger bag, the Grosvenor in a fantastic red shade it is one of those bags which are a staple in our wardrobe. The Kirkwood clutch with its half moon shape is another of those classic accessorises to be loved and used.
A trio of beauties. My favourite is the hand woven barrel bag Kirkwood in the middle but the Laine bags are tough contenders because they are gorgeous as well. The Kirkwood can be bought in this sweet honey colour or red or black and the other two models have got the same choice of colours.
The Hemlock is the classic doctor's bag and its shape is stunning. Radley designed a matching purse as well and the colours available are red, tan and black. I love colours so maybe I would go for the red one even if the tan one is beautiful and it will be even more so when the leather will age naturally.
A collection of fun wellies have been designed by Radley in order to brave the spring rains and be stylish at some music festival. Available in a red background with stars and polka dot, purple detailing and drawings inspired by horse racing and a grey background with little hearts and the signature logo of the Scottish terrier.
The Johnston has got a fantastic soft leather and the colours are straight out from an ice cream parlour. This is the perfect bag to store everything you need during the day, it is roomy and the wide shoulder strap assures comfort. The beautiful colours available are red, pink, lavender, a bright turquoise, a sunny yellow and green. It would be difficult for me to choose among all these gorgeous colours. To know when all these beauties will hit the stores check online at www.radley.co.uk

United Nude Shoes Spring Summer Collection

I love the United Nude brand. Its shoes are a mix of fashion and architecture. I can easily say that each United Nude model is a small work of art, I could display them on a shelf like a series of sculptures. The new collection bursts with colours and ingenious designs.
The D'orsy Elastic Hi is a fantastic model in nappa and elastic. I like the violet colour and the orange strap and the heel is not very high so it is comfortable. Available in black and red with the multicolour elastic, there is a flat version. The great fact about United Nude is the most of its models have got a high heels and flat options.
These Runner models are gorgeous, there are seven choices of colours and I must admit I wouldn't know which one would be mine...or maybe I would it know given my obsession for purple. They will be priced at £ 115.00, which is a reasonable price for a pair of designer trainers and unique too.
The Raiko Mid model is another of my favourite ones for the choice of colours and the heel which is of a height great for walking all day long. This model of shoe has been made with nappa, vegetan leather and elastic in the United Nude signature pattern. It will hit the shops priced at £ 130.00
This is the iconic Mobius and for the next season there is a rainbow of colours available for this delectable mule. from plain black we've got navy, silver, aqua, white, orange and they come with high heels or mid heels. The Mobius Hi will be priced at £ 170.00. Expect a bit less for the Mobius Mid. Made in nappa or snake embossed leather.

I love these peep toes Morgan. Orange and purple with a nice heel, these shoes are great with either a dress or skirt or a pair of trousers. They will give a twist to an austere outfit. Available in black nappa and suede or two tones black and stone nappa as well as this fab model in nappa.
I know, I love bright colours and I can't resist when I see beauties like this. The Loop Hi in nappa is a model with bright colours like this or in aqua, but there are versions in black nappa and in silver snake embossed leather. They will be in the shops at £ 190.00
This is another of United Nude best sellers the Eamz Pump in red nappa. At the front it looks like a normal pair of court shoes but then the particular shape of the heel reveals a bold design and a fantastic structure. The four colours for next season are black, silver, red and aqua and if you are a fan of this model there is a sandal version  in black patent leather, gold or multicolour.
Fold Hi is the United Nude model among the most popular ones. The multicolour stripes are a leit motiv in many designs for this brand. This is the high heel version, but a mid heel and flat versions are available as well. Check online at www.unitednude.com to find a shop near you and to know when these and other models from the new collection will hit the stores.

Highlights of 2013 on my blog

This year is coming to an end, a year of changes, lots of fashion and events I've covered during these 12 full months. I've met fantastic people, I've consolidated my friendship with more and I've seen some of my dreams come true in my professional life.
This must have been the top event in 2013. In occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Diet Coke I went to a party at Sketch and I've met Patricia Field. For just the one or two people who might not recognise her name, Patricia Field is the person responsible of putting every single item of clothing and accessorises in shows like "Sex And The City" TV series and the films, " The Devil Wears Prada", "Ugly Betty".  www.patriciafield.com Here we are at the party together with conceptual artist Pandemonia with whom I generally hang out at these kind of gatherings. www.pandemonia99.blogspot.com   (photo by Stephen Mahoney)
This is another important event, one that Stephen Mahoney and I have organised at Baku London during London Fashion Week. I am with fashion designers Nico Didonna and Karen K after their fashion show which opened the four days event. www.nicodidonna.com Karen' shoes complemented the beautiful Nico's dresses and the two models at our sides are the living proof of this statement. www.karekboutique.com        (photo by Salvatore Mancuso)
This gorgeous girl between Stephen Mahoney and I is the american singer Kady Z just before the Paolita fashion show at Baku London. Kady Z is the daughter of famous singer Pia Zadora and she's taken a leaf after her mother because her voice and her music are stunning. Her latest album "Ordinary Girl" has been launched last August. www.kadyzmusic.com    (photo by Salvatore Mancuso)
Zoe Griffin is a famous celebrity blogger and here we are celebrating the launch of her book " Get Rich Blogging" at the Google Campus in Shoreditch. Zoe has got this fantastic website www.livelikeavip.com and in the book she explained how she reached the top. The book is a real mine of information.   (photo by Stephen Mahoney)
During London Collection Men I went to see Nick Tentis' presentation at the Cafe' Royal and there I've sat together with Leroy Dawkins and  Prince Cassius, two of the most influential bloggers around. www.pricecassius.com  With the beautiful background of the Cafe Royal, Prince and I couldn't resist from having our picture taken by Leroy. www.clotheshorse-diaryofaclotheshorse.blogspot.com   (photo by Leroy Dawkins)
I am here with Sonia Figone a blogger I've met at the previous edition of Regent Tweet  and we've been friend since then. www.nelpaesedellestoviglie.com This year at the 2013 edition of Regent Tweet we've decided to spend the day together going from one shop to another and enjoying this day organised by Sister PR for the Crown Estate for only a hundred bloggers selected from more than one country. We've visited lots of shops on the Regent Street area in order to know what was new in store and we've attended talks by fashion experts as well as been treated to lunch, cocktails and beauty treatments.www.247regentstreetonline.com
This beautiful lady is a jewellery designer, Nadia Fallica. Her jewellery has been seen on many celebrities in Italy but for now I'm not saying anything more, watch this space. I will just say that while I was at this party Princess Eugenie popped up to say hello to Nadia. I did not take the picture because I've thought it would have been a breach of privacy.
I've seen lots of gigs but I think that the one given by Steve Strange to launch is new album has been absolutely fantastic. Apart from singing, Steve Strange performed on stage with energy, interacting with the audience in a brilliant way. At the end of the show I had to say thank you to this fantastic singer together with my friend Francesco. www.myspace.com/visageofficial     (photo by Stephen Mahoney)
You will know more of this website in the next few months. I've been invited to a brainstorming session of  " My Secret Dressing Room". In pure glam style we are all signing our name with a Kiko lipstick before sitting down with a clip board, writing our ideas, voting for the best logo and the best pictures while sampling dim sums . After that evening, all has been said has been treasured by the organisers and I can confidently say that our feedbacks helped in building this new venture. www.mysdroom.com    (photo by Claudia Brovelli)

Stephen Mahoney and I are with gorgeous Lavinia Davolio, who is the mind behind the most delicious sweets around, "Lavolio" sweets. www.lavolio.com The launch has been held at the Italian Cultural Institute and we could sample these sweets that are grouped in collections, like in fashion. Made in Italy with the highest quality ingredients, pistachio seeds, cherries, nuts, coconut and more have been coated in chocolate and in sugar. They are sophisticated and scrumptious. For now are sold at several shops in London from the " La Bottega" chain and online. www.labottega.co.uk
This is part of  "The Bloomsbury Set Event" that Stephen Mahoney and I have organised during London Fashion Week. A luxury pop up event with fashion designers and fashion shows at the Central Bloomsbury Baptiste Church, has seen nearly thousand people during the two days of the event. Here I am with the Italian General Consul Massimiliano Mazzanti, who came to wish all the best to the Italians participating in this event. Lavinia Davolio made everyone fall in love with her "Lavolio" sweets, Nico Didonna introduced his collection with a fantastic fashion show, Carlotta Gherzi displayed her collection of luxury leggings www.mylovemyleggings.com  and Simona Colonna flew from Italy with her beautiful gloves from the company "Duecci Guanti" . www.duecciguanti.it   (photo by Tommaso Bruccoleri)
Carnaby Street, always buzzing with people and shopping has got a huge music heritage. An exhibition has been organised in Foubert Place between September and October with an additional app to be downloaded in order to discover blue plaques around the Carnaby area. www.carnaby.co.uk After the opening of the exhibition we all went to the club " Disco" in Kingly Court.   www.disco-london.com Here I am with one of the column of Sister PR, Kay Copeland, who looks after all the events happening in the Carnaby Street quarter. www.sisteris.com
Sorapol is a fashion designer always organising his fashion shows and presentations in stunning places. This season hasn't been an exception and we all gathered at the Serpentine Gallery for an evening of canapes and beautiful dresses. while there with Stephen Mahoney and IT expert Marcus Ware-Gilroy, we've met with Vivienne Westwood's hubby Andreas Kronthaler. www.sorapol.co.uk   (photo by Stephen Mahoney)
I had many "likes" on my Facebook  account when I've published the picture I am with Billy Zane. The place is the "Rook and Raven" Gallery at 7 Rathbone Place W1T 1HN for the opening of Billy 's art exhibition. As well as being an estimated actor, he is a very talented artist and wherever he went on location for a film, he made sure to buy materials and paint, inspired by the place he was staying while filming. www.rookandraven.co.uk   (photo by Stephen Mahoney)
It is Halloween night and it is the opening of the Canary Wharf Ice Rink as well as the opening of the pop up shop by Tresor Paris on the site. www.icerinkcanarywharf.co.uk Tresor Paris, the jewellery brand that manufactures sparkly trinkets is a major sponsor for the Ice Rink so we went there for an evening of mulled wine, champagne, horror ice skate show and for the braves a session at the ice rink. I've preferred to spend my time inside together with designer for Tresor Paris Lilian Lousky, talking about our favourite topic....jewellery. www.tresorparis.co.uk
Let's see what will happen next year.

Massimo Dutti Spring Summer Collection

The Spanish brand Massimo Dutti has unveiled a collection for the next season which I am sure is going to have a huge following of fans. It is the perfect capsule wardrobe if travelling and the perfect wardrobe for everyday life at work or out with friends. Every garment and accessorise is made of high quality materials for which the company has been known since when it started trading in 1985 as a menswear label. Let's start shopping.
This is one of my favourite looks. A leather jacket in a chocolate hue teamed up with a voile skirt in order to give a punky edge to the ensemble. A plain white shirt complements the outfit. Flats are a must. It is the perfect look when out on a week end out exploring a new place.
A pair of dark blue jeans are paired up with a neutral colour blazer and a chambray shirt. The cross body bag in dark tan leather has got a vintage feel. I remember that that shape was very popular in the 1970s. Given that our spring and summer are not one of the hottest in the world, this is the right look that it will mostly worn.
Tan, white, neutral colours and splashes of all the nuances of blues are part of the palette for Massimo Dutti collection. They are colours that will never tire and they are timeless. Here this beautiful laser cut blazer is worn with a pleated white skirt and with a leather belt with metal details. The over sized bag will take you through a busy day or used it as a perfect hand luggage where to store few essentials for a week end away. Flats for a casual look or try with a pair of sandals with chunky heels in leather tan, also available at Massimo Dutti.
Monochrome is going to be with us in the next season as well. Here a tweed coat has been styled with a white top and stripy trousers. I love the monochrome with clashing patterns like these. Just have fun with accessorises .
This is a classic Mediterranean city look with a light knit layered over a white shirt and tailored trousers. The cross body satchel in light tan leather gives contrast to the earthy hues. In order to know when these and more items will hit the stores and will be available online check at www.massimodutti.com

Marks and Spencer Spring Summer Collection Favourites

Nearly at the end of the year and with a weather so ferocious that I didn't put my nose outside my flat. So I've been browsing look books for the next season and I've seen lovely things from the Marks and Spencer new collection. Go to the store regularly to see when the new products will hit the rails and the shelves. I will do the same.
I love these shoes from the Limited Edition collection. The bright chunky heel promises comfort and for £ 29.50 you just can't miss it from your next shopping spree. Great with everything, jazzing up a pair of jeans or for a more formal look with a nice dress.  At work it will give that extra spark to a serious suit.
This great ensemble is from the Best of British collection. Luxurious fabrics and silks, merino wool and leather are part of this line. The cut is tailored with a masculine look softened by bright pinks and  feminine details. This coat is fantastic and it matches the skirt. Perfect for our chilly springs, grab it at £ 249.00 with the skirt at £ 79.00 and the top at £ 69.00 with short sleeves and a hint of peplum on the front with pleats at the sides.
Bags are never enough as I always stress out and these two lovely bags from the M&S collection will be perfect for storing our essentials. Both priced at £ 29.50, the ostrich leather like in tan and the pastel one have that lady like look and vintage feel that is going to be the trend for the next season.
This look is a winner, the Autograph jacket in bronze is a beauty and timeless for just £ 129.00. Here it has been styled with a pair of Autograph trousers at £ 45.00, a M&S collection shirt in grey at £ 25.00 and as a final touch a bikini top from the M&S collection peeking out at £22.50. The neutral bag  at £49.50 and a stack of bracelets at £ 15.00 each complete the look.
Two trend in one with this fab bag. Monochrome and bright electric blue for this cross body bag satchel style. At the £ 29.50 it has to be mine. All the future trends have been embraced on the whole collections at Marks and Spencer and the price tag is a fraction of a designer piece and the quality is excellent.
Apparently every household in the UK has got in the underwear drawer at least a piece of Marks and Spencer lingerie. Generally I always show something frilly and full of lace but I really love this look. The bra is perfect for a plunging neckline dress and at £ 22.50 it should be in every lingerie drawer. The knickers are plain black and it looks like they are seamless at £ 5.00 are another staple to ditto drawer. Check when everything will hit the stores at www.marksandspencer.com

Russell & Bromley Spring Summer Collection

Colour is the word of choice at Russell & Bromley for the new collection of shoes and handbags. Metallic is present in the collection with beautiful espadrilles in soft leather, sandals with various heels heights, flats in every style from sweet pumps to tomboy brogues. Start writing now your wish list, remember shoes are never enough.
These peep toe lace up boots are gorgeous. The laser cut details make these boots delicate and the powder blue and tan hues means that they can be worn virtually with anything existing in your wardrobe.
I love metallic and I love brogues. Russell & Bromley here ticked all the boxes for my next season favourite shoes. Jeans or tailored trousers, they are going to be perfect with both looks. Being well accustomed to the British weather these are going to be the right shoes to wear most of the time.
These wedges in rainbow painted python are fantastic. I love the cork insert in the wedge in between the leather. These shoes must be so comfortable  and easy to match any outfit. A court shoe model in this pattern is available as well for a less casual look.
These pumps have got a Missoni feel with the multi coloured stripes. The statement bows are the final touch and I love the black rounded toe. These pumps are great with everything and they can be walked in  all day long, which is perfect for many of us who are all day on the move from one place to another.
Fabulous bags for the next Russell & Bromley season. made in Naples where the leather craftsmanship is of the highest quality. A rainbow of colours for the bags in order to match the spectacular collection of shoes will hit the shops with a vast choice of clutches, cross body bags and totes.
These colours are just straight from a jewellery box with hues reminding me of gemstones. These are the perfect bags where to store all of our essentials for a busy day, like iPads, phones, make up bags and I would suggest, a small umbrella, because you never know the rain could arrive unexpectedly. Check online when the whole collection will be in stores at www.russellandbromley.co.uk

River Island Spring Summer 2014

River Island put together a collection for the next season which is explosive. Bright colours, bold prints as well as pastels. From a sport theme, going to a tribal twist, winking a a clash of prints, metallic and sophisticated pastel, all the looks have been under the lens in order to meet the taste and style of everyone.
I love this outfit. The monochrome trousers are fabulous and the bright printed top, despite clashing with the trousers, together they are fantastic. wait for them in shop and look online for the Lasan print top and the Brenu check trousers.
This is another bright outfit that won't let you blend in the crowd. The prints work so well together and accessorising with the right shoes and jewellery, you can be sure to wear all the right trends at once. Looking forward for the Kaleidoscope bomber to hit the shops as well as the Nana African Print trousers and those fab Gold Odette platform. The Neon Chain necklace and bracelet are the final touch.
The Arieta quilted jacket is gorgeous and it is styled magnificently with the Lana Resort shirt and the Mono Stripe Pencil skirt. The burst of colours is great and the three pieces are very easy to be paired up with other items in your wardrobe. The Abbah bracelet is the cherry on the top of the cake.
This Zulu Clash Bandeau dress has got an ethnic vibe, but I can see something out of a Roy Lichtenstein painting as well. Great with  flats or with high heels, it is the perfect outfit from day to night. During the day at the office with a jacket on top or a small bolero (after all the air con can be pretty chilly) and then just adding a bold necklace, some bracelets and whipping out from the bag a pair of sandals, you are ready for a fab night. Here it is styled with the Isando Neon satchel.
This bag is lovely with its sorbet colours. The size is quite generous in order to carry all of your essentials during the day. At River Island they will start deliveries in February, so if you want to snap one of these bags go there regularly, so you will be the first to have it.
I love accessorises and these clutch bags are great. Their ice cream colours and metallic details make them the perfect arm candy for those summer nights or for a wedding or other formal occasions. Its shape is ideal for storing a mobile phone, lipstick, a mirror and you don't  need anything else.
This flower printed platform looks very comfortable. Despite the high heels, the wedge is high as well so at the end the height is not exaggerated and the chunky heels allow for stability and comfort all day long. Keep an eye at the website www.riverisland.com to be on the loop about deliveries and prices.
