What I like, what I've seen, what inspires me, everything about fashion. Lifestyle, celebrities and parties, if it is here it is because I was there.
All my posts are not sponsored in any way, all the products I've written about are featured because I like them and because I've been invited to press events where I've seen them.
Sunday the 18th of June is Father's Day and maybe some will think that a post written now is a bit early, but with the hectic life we lead and very little spare time, it is better to look for a gift now rather than end up the day before with the usual tie or socks. Yes socks and ties are featured in this post but they are very stylish and not something grabbed at the supermarket and chucked in the trolley.

I am a fan of Hanro, the Swiss company well known for its high quality and sophisticated lingerie, nightwear and lounge wear. The fabrics used are among the best and I love the mix between delicate laces and practical cotton, as well as pairing silk with cotton or wool depending on the season. The palette is always on trend. For this season the four Elements are the stars.
Look at the details of the Anna robe from the Sea Island Cotton range. The beautiful embroidered tulle finishes the silky cotton so you've got a luxury robe with the comfort of the natural fibre exclusively cultivated on the West Indian Caribbean.
Hanro has added a lounge and leisure wear range perfect for staying at home or for your yoga lesson. The Lola tank top is in single jersey available in burgundy, powder rose and white while the Yoga pants and top are in melange grey.
The Lulu bra is gorgeous in this Palace Blue colour. The Leavertronic technology of this bustier gives a great fit with fewer seams and with the elastane in the fabric. There is not a bra fastener leaving for a superb silhouette. Available in black and pink as well.
The Mathilde top and shorts are the perfect nightie for those hot summer nights. White is very sweet or if you prefer a burst of colour you can choose a sunny and bright coral.
The Moments bra is gorgeous with its floral lace and seamless sides for a perfect fit. Available in nude and white. The fabric is a blend of microfibre and elastane, so it is very comfortable. It is what I call basic luxury because we all need a black or white or nude bra but we want them nice and feminine.
I like this lounge wear outfit by Hanro. The Ruby cardigan makes it perfect for relaxing at home or just nipping to the corner shop and the Hanna pants have got pockets that I find essential. The Yoga top complements the rest of the outfit.
The Touch Feeling range has got this fabulous coral shade for the bustier and the boxer brief. If the colour looks too bold the same model can be found in blue, brown and taupe.
The Valencia tank top in cotton and lace is another of those basic luxuries that should always be in our lingerie drawer. The delicate lace makes it for a perfect top to wear under jackets or for a layered look. I could write forever about Hanro because it is a really fantastic brand. Check out its website for more products and to find out about its stockists. www.hanro.co.uk
When I went to the Pop Up store of the handbags brand Vassi8 I was hooked on the beautiful crafted bags, and the unique shape, just added value to the many great details of these little jewels.
The round shape of the bag and the round handle just won me over. Given that I like a bit of sparkle, the Swarovski on the silk front panel of the Urban Jewel model make for the perfect party bag, cute enough for its size but perfect to store all your essentials. I've checked it and a mobile phone, glasses, keys and credit card fit comfortably, adding a pocket mirror and a lipstick as well. The sides and the back are made of nappa leather and the lining is in suede.
If you find yellow a bit daring there is a Urban Jewel option in black or red. Same here Swarovski crystals on silk and nappa leather with suede lining. All Vassi8 bags are made in Italy.
The Daisy Eyes model will be spot at weddings and horse races circuits this Spring and Summer. Available in white, yellow and black with nappa leather flowers with Swarovski crystals at the centre and gold or silver tone hardware setting.
Vassily Skinner, founder and designer of Vassi8 hasn't designed just her trademark round handbags. This beautiful clutch in purple pony skin and leather is a beauty and there is a bit of a rock and roll chick with the leather stripe with studs and Swarovski crystals.
Vassi8 is not only handheld bags. The Parchment model is a shoulder bag made using the finest pony skin hair and arranged in laser cut pattern like a sophisticated lace for the front while the body is in leather. I love the tassel at the bottom and the thin shoulder strap.
The Hanging Fruit model is a bag that can go out day or night, it is so versatile. It is made of tan leather nappa and the multicoloured woven handle gives a twist to the traditional tone of the bag. Check other models and how to buy one of these exquisite bags at www.vassi8.com
They've just arrived at Liberty's , launched on the 10th of April. A collection of amazing fragrances by Atelier Bloem, the brainchild of Andrew Goetz and Matthew Malin who found their inspiration from living in Amsterdam and love for gardening. Each fragrance tells a story either a memory or something that links The Netherlands to New York.
Atelier Bloem has launched six fragrances, unisex and straight to the point. No fuss in the bottle or packaging. Both are very minimalist and elegant. It is the fragrance that speaks for itself. Bloem is Dutch for Flower and all the 6 fragrances are floral but with a twist.
Nieuw Amsterdam is the original name of New York and it was a Dutch settlement. The official flower of NY has always been the rose, that's why this fragrance has been created using Centifolia Rose. But don't expect a frumpy fragrance, not at all, we've got all the twist from Magnolia, Ginger, Geranium Rose, Oud and Honeysuckle just to name few ingredients.
Black Tulip by Atelier Bloem is intriguing and full of mystery, like its namesake flower. Tulip is a symbol for The Netherlands, so this collection could not miss it. Ingredients that make this fragrance unique are Atlas Tulip, Ivy, Freesia, Violet and Jasmine, as well as Amber an Bergamot. I'm not disclosing any more ingredients because you have to go and discover them by yourself.
Van Gogh is another landmark when thinking about The Netherlands and the Iris has been one of the most beautiful works. Iris is inspired by the Dutch artist and among its ingredients you can find Cardamom, Rain Forest Orchid, Violet, Iris Petals and Star Jasmine as well as Pimento Blossom and more. All the fragrances by Atelier Bloem have got a wonderful mix of essences.
1614 is the date when the hamlet in the Hudson Valley was discovered by the Dutch and they kept it for 50 years until 1664 when New Amsterdam has been renamed New York. It is a very spicy fragrance with Black Pepper, Sweet Clover, Sandalwood as well as fresh Bergamot and floral Rose Water and Jasmine.
The Halve Maen was a ship captained by Henry Hudson for the Dutch East India Company , who tried to sail to China using a quick route but the ship just reached the Hudson River, that now is bearing the name of this Englishman. Half Moon is the English translation of the ship name. This fragrance is very fresh with notes of Bergamot, Peach and Fresh Green among other essences.
William is named after the Dutch Prince William of Orange and obviously the Orange bit is playing the part of the star in this fragrance. You will detect Nectarine, Orange Flower, as well as Lavender, Sambac Jasmine and Sandalwood. I am honest, I wouldn't know what to choose, they are all incredibly gorgeous. The only option is to try them all depending on the occasion and the mood.
They are priced at £ 160.00 exclusively to Liberty and with an only size of 100ml. www.atelier-bloem.com
It is official, trainers are not confined to the gym anymore and embellished they can be seen in the street, in clubs, and at work. Among the incredible choices of styles, out for this season, I'm focusing on this kind of trainers, for now. I live in trainers and see them gentrified make my feet very happy.
Chiara Ferragni, the very successful Italian blogger has got a clothing collection as well and these "Find Me in Wonderland" trainers are a beauty. I love the sequinned stars stitched on leather. Selfridges stocks her range as well as the website where you can find more stockists. www.chiaraferragnicollection.com
Russell & Bromley have got a fantastic collection out in stores right now. The Roxana trainers are made in printed gemstones like colours velvet. Definitely a winner. www.russellandbromley.co.uk
These colourful trainers by JF London are like a work of art. They remind me of something out of a Keith Haring creation. Check them out at www.jflondon.net
Gola has been collaborating with Liberty's London for a few seasons now and the result is a great collection with Gola styles and Liberty's prints. The two in the picture are the Ocean Forest Small and Beach Blossom. Check the website to choose the model you prefer. www.gola.co.uk
Jones the Bootmaker has got a great range of what it is now called Athleisure, which is trainers for leisure. These two models are gorgeous and spot on with the metallic trend. The gold Garfield model has got the classic style of a traditional plimsoll while the Greenwich in silver is like a low top trainer but in gorgeous silver leather. www.jonesbootmaker.com
